Order Information

Shipping

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
• All orders are shipped via PostNL
• If shipping with tracking is chosen at checkout, the customer will receive a tracking code once the order has shipped
• Customers located outside the European Union are responsible for any import duties or taxes on their order
• Orders are usually shipped within 14 days

Delivery

• Deliveries within the Netherlands are usually made within 1–4 business days
• Deliveries within Europe are usually made within 3–7 business days
• Deliveries outside Europe are usually made within 5–12 business days

Returns

• Returns are possible within 14 days after the arrival of the order
• The customer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred to return the order to our warehouse

Damaged Items
All items undergo quality checks before being shipped. However, if an item arrives damaged, please email us at songfestivalfeest@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item. We will work with you to find a suitable solution.
